Rolfing® Structural Integration
Rolfing is a hands-on therapy that works with the connective tissue of the body, called fascia, to release tension and create freedom of movement in the body. This freedom combined with movement reeducation allows the body to find balance and improve alignment for the bones and joints.
Each person develops patterns in movement and posture during their lifetime. These patterns are unique to each person and are based on genetics, repetitive movement, injuries, and cultural factors. Rolfing provides an opportunity to learn new patterns and develop the self-awareness that is available in all of us.

Testimonials:
"Rolfing is truly the best gift I have given myself and my body. Throughout the measured and deliberate sessions improvement was immediate each time. Because treatment was focused on only one area of my body each session I became more aware of all the improvements and ease of motion. Risa has a wonderful healing touch, and has given me a new freedom of movement that is a joy to behold each day."
